We had an excellent experience with David and Ductwork Pro. The system they installed already has made a huge difference! We looked for a HVAC company with expertise in ductless heat pump systems, and received quotes from 4 such companies. We were very impressed with Ductwork Pro for their quick and thorough responses to inquiries, prompt scheduling, outstanding communication, and professionalism. They truly listened to our insight and goals for the project, always answered our questions, and helped us come up with a customized solution for our home. In addition, their offer was the best value - not necessarily the very cheapest, but still a great price for the highest quality equipment with the best labor and parts warranties we came across. Plus David's spouse, Andrea, was very helpful for securing great financing terms, and did all the submission for utility rebates. In my opinion, there are many companies out there who can offer HVAC services, but few companies offer such high quality work and attention to detail.
